Getting overcharged! From Premium to Family without consent

Recently I was going through my bank account and I notice my Spotify payment went up to $17.99 on the 29th of June. I havent heard of any major increase in cost, but some how it automatically went from Premium to Premium Family account without my consent, today I looked and confrimed my suspision that I was correct.

• Why did this happen?
• How did this  happen?

Im just glad I picked this up now instead of later!
