First and foremost, hi!

 

Formalities out of the way, I've been having an issue with the gift card I bought. I bought two gift cards (€30 & €10 - one for me, one for my mother). The ten euros one, I haven't tried out yet, due to her not being home. The thirty one that I bought for myself, however, doesn't work for some reason. It doesn't accept the PIN as a valid one. Now to the actual question that comes next: I've contacted support with the issue but I got a vague email from spotify confirming that I asked for support but it says on the end of the mail that "contacting the community", "reaching the FAQ page" or "checking their update feed on twitter" were my best solutions, unless I misunderstood it.

 

How long do I have to wait to expect a responce from Spotify Support?

 

 

Note: I've tried entering both the card number as well as the PIN number you have to reveal on the backside.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
