My Question or Issue

 few days ago i started on spotify, and i bought the 3 months offer by paypal, but todayi changed my phone, and when i tried to log in, i couldnt, so i resset the pass on my email, and when i logged in, i idnt have the premiun, i have tried to see if i created it on other gmail ccount but i didnt find anything, and now im worried, bc i cant cancel my subscrition and im not using it, what can i do, or how can i cancel it only knowing my paypal ?

Hi there!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
