How f....k can I contact spotify?????

The 21st of december I suscribed premium with an offer of 3 months for $900COP and never appeared on my acount which has been updated to premium for only one month (for the first time).

Since then a try to contact someone from spotify but it is f...g imposible!!!!!!

There is no way to contact SPOTIFY crew!!!! I can t believe this. Just **bleep** FAQ with no sense


Didn`t thought spotify was this kind of screwer... shame on you!

Hey @savadom,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
