3 months now you've taken Premium, yet your guys at live chat cannot find an account in my name that is Premium, and they tell me that they cannot do anything about it because they cannot trace payments from mobiles.

 

If that is the case why bother giving me a reference number on the payforit payments?

 

I want my money back for all 3 months of paying for a service that I do not receive. I know I am legally entitled to my money back.

Your live chat guys said to go to my network provider, I go to them and they say it's nothing to do with them and they cannot cancel it, that Spotify MUST cancel it, yet your guys say that they CANNOT cancel it!

 

3 months of £9.99 = £29.97 and I want it back!
