I bougt premium abonnement but on the wrong account but i dont know wich account it is on so i cannot cancel it

If you don't know on which account you've subscribed, please check all your email addresses for an email from Spotify notifying you of the subscription start. Once you've located it, use that email address to access your account page and cancel it.
