I can not buy spotify premium

I have tried multiple times to buy spotify premium, but this error keeps appearing.

I have waited a week and still it did not change.

In order to provide the correct steps, please mention the following:

- Type of Premium subscription you're trying to pay for

- Device used for the process

- Have you ever been on Premium before

- Type of payment method you're using

Bear in mind that in order for a Premium of any sort to process your payment, your method should be valid for use in your country and should be issued in the same country as well.

In the meanwhile, you can follow some of the steps provided on this help page to try and troubleshoot the issue in hand.

The regular single person premium.
Windows 10 Computer. Fire Fox.
I do not believe so. My account was hacked before, however, I made a new account and the problem continued on to that too.

I believe you should follow the steps provided here.

They state all the steps a user should do in case their payment isn't going through.

I want to state that in cases of debit cards, most user's payments are pending or under inspection so it's best to contact your bank and ask for the current status.
