Can't register in any premium subscriptions

My Question or Issue

hello there! 

I just want to raised my concerned regarding my spotify, i have a premium account before, but i failed to renew it so the status now is back to FREE.  now i tried to afford premium subscription again,  but it appears an error that i should try it again,  i try other plan P149 for SMART, or even gcash mastercard for 129 plan but it looks like any plan cant registered.  I also try basic troubleshooting and find same case. I also made a new account but its the same error. I use trying to fix this for more than a week and im already upset. 

Looking forward for this concerned will be solved.

Please make sure to follow the instructions provided here and troubleshoot any payment issue you may have.

As you're trying different types of methods, it's importatnt you contact your bank to see if there are any pending payments so you won't experience any unexpected charges.

You can also try and process the payment through a different browser or incognito page to see if that helps.
