My Question or Issue

Fiz o cadastro e estou aprovado como estudante, inclusive já paguei no mês passado o valor de estudante. Porém esse mês foi cobrado o valor inteiro. Favor verificar

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. Hope you don't mind me replying in English. 

 

Would you mind taking a look at the section called Receipts in your Spotify account page? There, you should be able to see when your latest Spotify charges took place and how much you were charged.

 

If all looks good in the Receipts page of the account you're accessing (no trace of extra-charges or changes in the billing date), it'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps featured in the section More Help > Do you have more than one Premium account? to find and block the source of these unrecognized charges.
