I can´t activate my premmium signature

I got a university premmium account , i´ve already payed but I just can´t enter it. For some reason, I still continue with my free account.

Somebody help please

Hey @bruna_ksa, welcome to the Community!

Are you able to see the current status of your payment? If it's pending, it means it hasn't gone through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you within a few days.

If it's showing as completed, try logging out and back in a few times to see if it makes a difference.

Unfortunately, i´ve already tried all this solutions and nothing seems to work. And btw , my bank account tells me that my money was accepeted, everything was payed.

But i stiil cant validate my signature

Any ideia?
