I can’t go premium

Im a “new user” so I tried getting the 30 day free subscription, it said I had already taken a similar offer so I couldn’t get it , okay I tried it again and it told me that again , now I have just been trying to buy it regular I don’t care about the offer no more but I still can’t get it

What do you mean you still can't get it? When you click on become a Premium member what happens? Did you try going through the website to see if that works? Hope this helps. Likes are appreciated.
