I cant purchase Premium.

Is what I get when I'm trying to purchase premium, with a VISA Debit Card.
I do have enough funds on my card and my Spotify Profile is set in the same country as the VISA Card (also I reside in the same country, same address etc.) 
I have my card verified on PayPal and it works on other sites such as Steam, but I cannot buy Premium on Spotify. Been trying for 2 days now, getting the same error.

PayPal payment isn't available for Spotify in my country (RO).

P.S.: Yes, I've browsed the community and tried to buy premium from my phone (4G Connection) and laptop (Coffee Shop WiFi), also tried incognito and 2 different browsers and yes, I cleared my cookies and caches aswell, to no avail.

That being said... help is appreciated!

Does your payment card meet these requirements? If you're not sure, reach out to your bank for more info on the requirements.

If your card meets the requirements, you shouldn't have any trouble with signing up to Premium.
