I have been taken $10.69 since Aug 2016 for unknow account

Hey, I just realized that I'm paying $10.69 for unknow account for more than 1 year now. I had one premium account, but paid with a creditcard. I also stopped premium service last month, it isn't even activated. I really want to know what's going on.

Is there any number I can contact for this issue?  Please let me know as soon as possible. I'm so confused and angry

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
