My Question or Issue

as my topic states I have been charged for a while now every month for a Spotify premium plan even though I am still subscribed to the free account with ads. I never changed this account for premium because I already have one premium, and I was charged premium on PayPal for two months. That is why I am opening this topic, to check whether it's possible to have a refund? Many thanks. Rafael
