I paid for Spotify premium by accidentally

hey, I was buying a spotify premiun for students but before I realized that I can't buy it because i'm in high school I put my card numbers and like paid for it and then came a new page where i had to put my name etc. But I didn't put my name because in that moment I realized that I can't buy it and when I check my card credit I saw that spotify has already taken my moneys. I didn't even got a spotify premium so what I should do because i don't have money to ''waste''. I really wanna know so please help me!:(

Hey @Ekku,

 

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
