I paid for premium via KPN NL, But Im downgrade to free yesterday

Dear spotify,

 

i have premium account via Mobile phone provider KPN NL in the netherlands.

yesterday Im downgraded by spotify from premium to free.

why? I Dont know. Im still paying for premium so i want my premium account back.

 

I hope to hear from you.

Hey, 

 

Base, as a subsidiary of KPN, suffers the same problem.

ALthough initially they were convinced the problem manifested itself on the Spotify side, they now have found a network issue causing the problem. They're working on it...
