In the upgrade dor Premium account, when I click in "continue" the page stay rendering and hangs.

Hello, I have been trying for several weeks to do the premium subscription for Spotify, however in the section where I type my data and click continue, the page is rendered for hours without response and hangs. Can you help?

Can you try to upgrade to premium using a different web browser to see if that helps?

Hi, thanks for your support. However, I made that attempt and I did not succeed. I even tested IE, Firefox and Chrome. I even tried on another computer. Finally, I even tried to create another Spotify account, but when I type my data to buy Premium it stays the same.
I await your help.
