Individual Premium to a Family Premium

My Question or Issue

I would like to change my Individual Premium to a Family Premium and invite my sons and wife to join me. They each have their own Individual Premium subscription. When I send the invite, does this automatically change their subscription from Individual Premium to Family Premium and stop billing for the Individual Premium subscription?

Hi @wadewhatley, thanks for reaching out.

 

If the user already have individual Premium, their billing switches automatically - they don’t need to cancel anything.

  • For plan managers: Your new payment date will likely be a few days earlier than usual to cover the price difference.
  • For plan members: All payments are made by the plan’s manager. Any remaining Premium time you have is forfeited.

You can track all this on your account page, under Manage your plan.
