So i switched to the student premum from the free type of spotify with the adds and they took my money but im still getting ads and it hasnt switched over yet it has been close to two weeks since doing this what do i do

Hey @Nicohiggs,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
