It'd be great to actually speak with someone on the support side. I have been a premium duo member for over 5 years, and over the past 5 months Spotify no longer recognizes my credit card (it's been updated and is valid, it's saved on my profile) so my plan cancels and I have to login and go to payment, select the card that's there, and then send the invite for the Duo to my girlfriend. it's very frustrating and all i would like is to speak to someone to get it remedied.

We're sorry to know you've been struggling with the payments on your account. You can check the currently accepted payment methods on Spotify here. Also, you can see why payments might fail in this article. You can double-check if your card meets all those requirements directly with your bank/card provider. 

 

However, if you keep having issues with this, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look a closer look at what might be happening.
