It'd be great to actually speak with someone on the support side. I have been a premium duo member for over 5 years, and over the past 5 months Spotify no longer recognizes my credit card (it's been updated and is valid, it's saved on my profile) so my plan cancels and I have to login and go to payment, select the card that's there, and then send the invite for the Duo to my girlfriend. it's very frustrating and all i would like is to speak to someone to get it remedied.
