Live Chat with Spotify?

How can I get a live chat with Spotify?  I am stuck in limbo between my mobile provider and Spotify.

Just to confirm, is this related to your previous post about he Premium for Family plan?

If that's the case, since Spotify Premium is paid for in advance, even after you cancel the subscription, your service will continue until the billing period ends. To cancel the subscription, you have to contact your service provider.

Right now, the Premium for Family plan isn't compatible with third party payments, this means you'll need to wait until the account goes back to Free to set it up here.

If you don't want to wait for the account to go back to Free to get the plan, you can purchase it using a different account, like your family member's account. This way, that account will be the primary account of the plan, and you'll be able to invite all your family members from there. Once your account goes back to Free, you can just add it to the ongoing plan.
