Hola, necesito ayuda.

Me dí de baja en Mayo de 2018 y me siguen descontando la promo Spotify de $69ARS mensuales.

Peor aún, en mi perfil figura como que tengo Spotify Free. 

¿Que debo hacer para que realmente me den de baja?
