Minha Faculdade não aparece na lista?

Fiz minha conta e cadastro já com Spotify para estudantes a um ano atrás. Recebi um e-mail avisando que precisaria renovar, mas por diversos motivos  não renovei e esse mês veio descontando o valor do Pacote Normal. Ao tentar fazer a renovação no site minha instituição de ensino superior não aparece, porém como e tinha o plano? Porque antes aparecia e agora não está mais?
