My Question or Issue

My account was still charged, after I cancelled my subscription with Spotify. I had discontinued the subscription for a reason, and would like a refund for the transaction as soon as possible.

Hey @0du_u1-tcb1vz,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
