My Question or Issue

 I was watching hulu that is from my student spotify account when it suddently stopped.  I tried to restart it but it asked me to log in.  I tried to do that but it then prompted me to start a new account.  It recognized my email, but not my existing account.  I then logged into spotify and it show that I"m on a family plan instead of my student plan. And I cannot change it back to student even though it states that I am verified for student.  My credit card is up to date.  I have no idea why I cannot change it back to student, nor why I cannto log back into Hulu.
