My premium not working

I subscribed for 3 months in Dec. It was working great till 1'st week of Jan and then everything stopped working. I was not even able to login and even forgot password was not working. Today, somehow I am able to login, but my playlist is gone and I am back tyo basic subscription. I thought I can take up family plan, but the way it looks, it's hard for me to believe spotify and play them recurring.

I'm having the same issue.  I signed up for a 3 month trial for $.99, and when I log in, it's free Spotify. I'm supposed to get all access for 3 months. What's up with that?
