My premium won't work

My premium won't work

I have been using Spotify for at least a year, and been paying monthly, but today the premium on one of my devices stopped working. I am only using two devices, and the other one work perfectly fine, but I am not able to use that one at the moment....
I have tried logging off and then back in, but it still says that my account is free, which it's not.
How can I fix this as soon as possible?

Hi @Gunhild4427, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It looks like you have a second account. Please check yours on the link bellow (using the working device) and make sure you're using the same credentials when logging in the other one.
