My Question or Issue

We never received our free google home mini from the US promotion at the end of last year. There was an issue with it, and we chatted with Spotify support, MULTIPLE TIMES, and they said they would be emailing us and sending out the device, but we never got it. We definitely still want it, and are confused at how many times we have had to contact Spotify support about this matter, and at how long this has taken.

This offer has ended, and I understand that you haven't gotten an email from anyone as promised from them. 

I won't be able to guarantee that you'll still get your Google Home Mini, but you can contact Spotify again here, and they'll do their best to help. Since they have more accurate info, what they reply with is what is most accurate.
