No me deja ingresar una nueva tarjeta

Cancele mi suscripción de spotify, ya que me robaron la cuenta de mi tarjeta, bloquee la tarjeta y ahora que tengo una nueva, cuando ingreso el pago que deseo hacer me aparece el mismo error todo el tiempo de: Oops ocurrio un error, intentalo de neuvo más tarde. No importa la hora que sea no me deja agregar la nueva tarjeta y ya no quiero tener spotify free

We'd recommend reaching out to your bank about this, to make sure that secure recurring foreign online transactions are enabled on the card. On most new cards this is disabled by default, and the subscription amount can't be automatically debited from the card.
