Not being forwarded to the redeem token page in Spotify Family

I am having problems redeeming the tokens for my children in Spotify Familiy. I have added their e-mail addresses and they have received an e-mail. Only when they click on accept, they are routed to the inlog page and not the redeem token page. If I log in with my account details, I receive the error message that I already have spotify family. I have tried generating new links, I even cancelled and deleted the account and set up a new account, but nothing helps. Can someone help me?

Hey @Steph1238! Welcome to the community!

 

That's not cool! All members of your Spotify Family should have their own account. After that, they can accept it on their own account. You can read more about how Spotify Family works here. I'll be here if you have any other questions.
