Not getting offered the $.99 for 3 mo Promo

My husband recieved a $.99 promo for 3 months while I only see promo for $9.99 for 3 months- can you please help?

hi! I actually had a similar issue the other day. what I did is googled ‘Spotify premium 3 months 0.99’ and clicked on the first link and signed up that way. hope this helped! 🙂

no, this did not help. I googled the promo and $9.99 pops up.

Sorry for the confusion!

Just to help clear things up - our $0.99 offer is available for users who have never paid for Premium. 

If you've paid for Premium before, but you're currently on Free, then you could be eligible for our $9.99 for 3 months offer. 

If you're eligible for either offer, it should appear when you log in to this page.
