Pague el premium estudiante el 26 y ya me lo quitaron no se que procede ahí

Al pareces pecquitaron el premium pero sin aviso ni nada solo se canceló y apenas lo pague

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been double charged for a certain month.

It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.

This could make it look like you're not getting a full month of Premium but it's just the system catching up on earlier payments.
