Our Premium account has been paid and it’s not working could you please help with this

Hey @adensalazar,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

When the payment has no error messages, it should be shown after a couple minutes. However, if the payment is not reflected in your account, it could have gone to a different account by mistake.

Since we don't have access to the user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support, so they can review your account and help you further.

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.
