Paid a 1-month Subscription through Dragon Pay but still have not received Premium.

Paid a 1-month Subscription through Dragon Pay but still have not received Premium.

Good day! Earlier today I just go for Premium and paid the 1-month subscription (that costs 129.00php) via Dragon pay. It has been seven hours, yet I still have not received the Premium in my Spotify account. Would you like to help me with this? Thank you!

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

In any case, you should contact customer support through this contact form. They'll help you sort things out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there. 🙂
