Paid for and Have a Receipt but it Won't Work

Paid for and Have a Receipt but it Won't Work

I paid for a spotify giftcard and it went through and I have the receipt in an email from Spotify, but now I get an email saying premium is paused because I haven't paid for it yet. How do I contact customer service or someone from spotify because this website has an awful layout, or how do I fix this?
