Paid for premium and still have a free account

I paid 0.99p for 3 months (which has been taken out of my bank account) and I'm still on a free account. Please help.

Welcome to the forums! Not to worry, help is here 🙂

 

Could you let me know if you recieved any email confirmaiton from Spotify with regards to the charges? You may need to check your junk folder also for any email.

 

If not, then it is likely to be a 'pending charge' and will be released back to you by your bank in a few days.
