Paying via PayPal not possible

Hello

I wanna start my Premium subscription for 3 months (for 0,99euro). So I choose PayPal, enter my details and everything seems to work. But after the PayPal checkout I just get redirectet to the Spotify "Get Premium" Page. My account didnt got charged.

Google couldnt help me yet.

Any advice?

Hey everyone,

If you're trying to claim the 0.99 offer using PayPal but are always getting redirected back to the Spotify payment page, it's because your PayPal account has been used for Spotify in the past. Each payment method can only be used once to claim an intro offer.

If you have any alternate payment methods, you can try using them to claim the offer.

Well if I try to use the 3 Months for 10euros with the same PayPal account(on a different Spotify account) I doesnt work either...

Yeah, that worked and I fully understand that constraint since this offer is for new members only. But as @magaju pointed out, the 3m/9.99€ offer doesn't work either using a PayPal acccount that has already been used, and that offer isn't for new members only. So that seems to be an issue to me.
