Payment fail

Payment fail

When i try to pay for premium acount this message appear:

 

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment methode."

 

I tried so many things and none of them seems to work. Different browser, different card,new account .....

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

There’s also some specific subscription-related troubleshooting over at the Spotify Answers board.
