Payment failed, not enough money on account

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help me. I pay monthly for spotify Family premium at my home, unfortunately I got an email that something went wrong with an automatic payment because I hadn't enough money. 

Now I am wondering what to do. Is spotify going to stop the family premium because I couldn't pay? Are they going to try it again sooner or later? Do I have to make a transaction myself? I searched for help or advise, but all I could find was this forum. 

Sorry for the not so good english, it isn't my first language.

Hey, thank you for posting in Spotify Community. Accroding to offical documentation:

 

"If a regular Spotify payment doesn’t go through on the usual renewal date you’ll receive an email notification but you won't immediately lose your subscription. We’ll keep trying to take the payment over the next few days."
