Payment for premium increased

Hi,

my payment for premium has gone up to £9.99, when I’m a student so it should be £4.99. Can you help with this?

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

The student discount expires after a year. When that happens, your subscription will automatically go back to the standard monthly rate.

If you think this may be what's happened and you’re still eligible for the student discount, all you need to do is sign up to it again here.

If this doesn't sound right however, let us know and we'll see what else we can suggest 🙂
