My Question or Issue

 ı Have a family plan. I can not pay my credit card. My card is open for payment via internet and mail. Spotify does not accept paying in any way.

Hey @emresener,

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

Same with me , tried 3 different cards,no any success.Tried in explorer and Chrome in incognito mode, no success , same message. I think the problem is in Spotify , or they just don't want to get premium users:))))
