Could you go on account setting ---account---your plan on your deviy Is the option showing Free or Premium ?

im subscribed to premium individual and i am tryibg to resubscribe but it is saying an error my card details are incorrect however ive been trying every few hours and is still saying the same thing what can i do?

Also, you can try the following:

 

Try entering your payment details again using a private/incognito window.

Try a different payment method.

It might just be a temporary connection issue, so wait a few hours and try again.

Get in touch with your payment provider.
