Payment not completing

I did my first trial month on Spotify premium which ended a couple of days ago. I still want to continue with premium but it cannot allow my payment to go through and I'm pretty sure the problem is not my credit card company. Now im back to the old free Spotify subscription which is full of ads and i don't want that. Please help. Thank you

If you're getting an error whe trying to get Premium, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window. You can also try this troubleshooting to see if there's anything you might be missing.
