Hello Spotify personel,

 

Early this morning the 6th of jaunuary 2018, I had sent money to spotify to resubscribe to premium account status. Unknowingly I had forgotten to put in the discription what I was paying for. Spotify glady took the payment, unfortunately my account still said free.

I have now paid for premium twice. It's working fine now, however is it possible to have my first payment transferred back to my account? I live in the netherlands so everything works via online banking. Because the information is sensitive is it possible to move forward with the progress via email?
