Payment with paysafe card

My Question or Issue

I have paid for premium for a year with paysafecard, but last night when I was trying to chose the payment method, paysafecard wasn't available.

I have tried different browsers, WiFi connections, incognito mode and nothing seems to work.

I can only find the option to pay via paysafecard when I choose the Yearly option, but I want to pay monthly.

thanks for posting !

A paysafecard can't be used as a recurring payment method, meaning it can't be use for monthly payments - only prepaid.

Can you pleaes provide screenshot of what exactly you see when you try to activate the monthly Premium?

Make sure there's no sensitive infromation when posting.
