My Question or Issue

Each time I try to upgrade my account using PayPal (both accounts are from the same country) i'm thrown back to the payment page (https://www.spotify.com/il/purchase/panel/#__main-billing-paypal)

 

What can be the problem?

Are you trying to claim an offer? If so, has your PayPal account ever been used for Spotify payments in the past?

I am just trying to register the premium.
Yes, my PayPal account was used before in Spotify by mistake in another
account.

In that case, you'll need to use a different payment method.

That's the problem, I dont have other payment method.
I find it strage and actually thinks it's a bug.

 

Is there a way or any one to escalate the issue to?  

This is actually the intended behaviour of the system, and not a bug/issue or something similar 🙂

If a payment method has been used for Spotify payments, it can never be used again for such offer(s).
