Premium disappeared

My Question or Issue

I wanted to switch my memory setting from the phone memory to an SD one. Once that was done, I had to sign into the app again because Spotify had restarted. I couldn't get in because it said that I was not online (??) so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now I can access it but my Premium subscription is gone. I had paid for it with a gift card and I still had 3 weeks left.

Can anyone help me please?

Sounds like you might have multiple Spotify accounts created with your information. I suggest following the steps here to check for other accounts.

If you find the Premium one, you can follow these steps to close the Free one, and avoid this from happening again in the future.
