My Question or Issue

 We pay for Premium for Family.  We have 5 family members under roof, all signed up.  WE CAN NEVER LISTEN TO MORE THAN 1 DEVICE AT A TIME.  Meaning, while one family member is listening on their iphone, nobody else can listen at same time on their device.

thanks for reaching to the community !

 

It seems like you might've signed all users up on the same account, which is why you can't play  simultaneously (as you can only play on one device at a time)

 

The Family plan allows everyone to have their own account on the plan, so that they can play music whenever they want with limitations.

For this to happen properly, each and every user listed on to the plan, must have his own premium account to be able to play their own music.

 

I'd suggest checking that each and everyone have their own account, if not, please create new accounts and invite all member again using your account page online.
