I recently purchased premium with a student discount, just today actually, although I can download my music it seems a bit problematic because I can't use some premium traits such as skipping songs.

Please answer the following:

  1. Is this happening on all devices? Or just specific?
  2. Have you tried a simple reinstall?
  3. Have you restarted the app/client?
