Premium problem

Hello! I was using the 30 day trial mode and I decided to buy premium and I paid for 1 year but today It says there is no payment and I should update the payment method but the money is already gone what am I supposed to do? Thanks for the answers.

Hey @eknsrtky, welcome to the Community!

 

Does the payment show as completed on your bank statement? Are you able to see the successful charge if you go to the Receipts tab in your Account Overview?

 

If so, try logging out and back in a couple of times to see if you get the same message.
